Who is responsible
Responsible for the app and for this website is Xeviora.
The app
What you enter in the app – speeds, amounts, your income for an estimate, saved fines and their dates – stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Deadline reminders are local notifications that the app creates on your device. They do not pass through any server of ours.
Rule updates: at most once a day the app downloads rule files from finecalc.xeviora.com. As with any request on the internet, your IP address is processed for technical reasons by our hosting provider in order to deliver the files. The request contains no information about you or about what you entered.
This website
The website consists of static pages. It sets no cookies and loads no resources from third parties – no external fonts, scripts or trackers.
If you choose a language, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that it is remembered on your next visit. It is not sent to us.
The website and the rule files are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and to protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP address, time and the file requested. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
App Store
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the download.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because we do not store personal data about you, there is as a rule nothing that we could disclose or delete.
